1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FollowUply ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

FollowUply is a follow-up tracking and reminder tool with AI-assisted message generation. We may add, remove, or change features at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use FollowUply.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use FollowUply to send spam, harass others, violate laws, or attempt to disrupt the Service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Messages generated by our AI features are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and sending any content from your account.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FollowUply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
