1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid FollowUply plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Just email us and we will process it — no questions asked.
2. Renewals
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your account settings to prevent the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the current period.
3. Exceptions
If you experience a billing error, a duplicate charge, or a service outage that prevented you from using FollowUply, contact us and we will refund the affected period.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are issued through Paddle, our payment processor, to the original payment method. They typically appear within 5–10 business days.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@followuply.lovable.app from the email address on your account and include the date of purchase. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
