• Billing data: handled by Paddle; we do not store card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Data

To operate the Service, generate AI follow-up suggestions on your behalf, send reminders, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

3. Sub-processors

• Supabase — database, authentication, hosting infrastructure.
• Paddle — payment processing and merchant of record.
• AI model providers (e.g. Google, OpenAI) — to generate follow-up message drafts you request.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the sub-processors above as needed to run the Service, or when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time, after which we delete your content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, row-level security on the database, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
